What is REALRAB-LS ?
REALRAB-LS is a combination medication containing Rabeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) and Levosulpiride (a prokinetic agent), commonly prescribed for individuals suffering from acid-related gastrointestinal issues such as GERD, acid reflux, and delayed gastric emptying. The Rabeprazole component works by inhibiting stomach acid production, while Levosulpiride improves gastric motility, helping to prevent acid reflux and alleviate symptoms like bloating and indigestion. This combination is especially beneficial for patients with both acid reflux and gastric motility disorders. It is typically taken once a day before a meal. As with other PPIs and prokinetic agents, it is important to follow the prescribed dosage to avoid potential side effects, such as headache, dizziness, or gastrointestinal discomfort.
